Hi! I’m Mika, and I move people for a living. No, I’m not going to move your stuff… I’m going to move you. I’ve been a Kinesiologist for nearly a decade, and I’ve worked will all sorts of demographics and lifestyles.

Through what we call PNF (Parasympathetic Neuromuscular Facilitation) Assisted Stretching, we heal the muscles and the joints! My practice is a logical and safe way to work on your Kinetics! Call it Kinesiologics! If you’re tired to chronic pain, and nothing you’ve tried works, come give it a shot with me. I’ve been quoted as one of the best in the Valley, and I’m finally opening my books to YOU.

If you’re in the East Valley (Gilbert, Chandler, Tempe, Mesa, Scottsdale), scroll down to schedule an intro session. I have 2 main locations with varying services!

It’s all about movement, and to me, nothing is more important that movement and time. Give me six months of weekly stretching, and I promise you’ll see a noticeable difference in how you move. Pair that with some dynamic resistance training and you’ll feel like an entirely new person.

Move It

WhPick Between TWO Locations

I can be booked at 4111 E Valley Auto Dr, Mesa, Az 85206 on Sunday and Monday, and I can be found at Infinite Soul Salon, 503 N Alma School Rd, Mesa, AZ 85201 on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday

Emily: “I’m a dentist, and after about 10 years of practicing, my back was chronically in pain. Turns out, working in people’s mouths all day creates all sorts of weird muscle imbalances. I’ve been stretching with Mika once a week for about a year now, and the back pain is completely gone.”

It Works

This isn’t boot camp and it’s not meant to be scary. My plan is to customize my services to your needs, without any memberships or long-term commitments.

Have a job that kills your back because your right arm is in a weird position all day? Let’s work on that. Looking for an exercise plan that’s less about getting beefy and more about cutting some strokes off your game? Let’s work on that.

For me, it’s all about you. So let’s talk about where you’re at, and I’ll let you know what I think will work best.
