Through adaptive stretching, dynamic resistance training, and targeted mobility work, I get my clients moving and playing the way their bodies are meant to.

It’s all about movement, and to me, nothing is more important than being loose. Give me six months of stretching and I promise you’ll see a noticeable difference in how you move. Pair that with some dynamic resistance training and you’ll feel like an entirely new person.

My home studio is in Chandler, AZ, but I’m always open to travel for appointments. Once you’re ready to get started, we’ll set down a time and a venue (my studio, your house, a park, wherever) and we’ll get to work.

This isn’t boot camp and it’s not meant to be scary. My plan is to customize my services to your needs, without any memberships or long-term commitments.
